All returns/exchanges must be done within 30 days of original receipt.
Items must be in original condition (unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached.) If the return has been worn or the tags have been removed, it will not be accepted. Price tag must be original condition and not removed. If tags have been removed, refund will not be issued.
APPAREL - All Sale and Clearance items are final sale and can NOT be returned for a refund.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE items- Can NOT be returned due to expiration dates and due to chances of contamination or tampering. *This policy is effect starting March 30th due to COVID-19 mandates.
FOOTWEAR - All Footwear must be unworn, tags still attached, in the original box. Footwear will not be accepted for return without the box and tags. Any signs of wear will void the return.
Any items damaged in shipping must be reported within three days of delivery. Items must be photographed from all angles in clear view of damage and photographs must be sent to us to receive credit for the items. Photographs must include damage to the shipping box if damage was caused due to shipping. Items will need to be returned to us once photographs are received and approved for the claim. No credit will be issued without proper documentation of the damage for the claim AND until the items are returned to us.
Refunds will be processed when the item is received. No refund will be given on items returned after 30 days of purchase. No exceptions will be given for returns past the 30 days of purchase.
